In this role, 80% of your time you will be involved with reporting & Analysis and 20% involved in closings.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for Cost Closing in two European entities;
- Organization and roll forward of all processes related to Capex (including Projects) for both IFRS and HGB;
- Analysis and reporting of variances and fluctuations including the preparation of reviews for the management;
- Support Internal and External Audits;
- Preparation of monthly Reporting Package according to IFRS;
- Preparation of Annual Financial Statements according German and Dutch GAAP;
- Prepare month, quarter and year-end close;
- Responsible for assigned SOX Controls applicable to Accounting Team as Control Executor;
- Support Tax Team with deliverables related to Annual Tax returns;
- Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned
- De functie-eisen
- Degree in business/economics, finance or accounting, preferably post qualification ACCA, CA or CPA
- Good knowledge of IFRS, Dutch GAAP and preferably German GAAP;
- Minimum 5 years of experience working
- Preferably knowledge of capex and financial statements preparation
- Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office, preferably powerbi
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to achieve accurate results even under tight deadlines;
- Excellent Communication skills;
