Corporate Financial Controller (referentienummer: 2897)

In this role you are co-responsible for the group consolidation process, all internal and external Group Reporting.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Internal and external group periodic reporting activity ensuring the accurate and timely production of all relevant information;
• Assist with the internal and external audit process and ensure all deadlines are met from producing the accounts to getting sign off;
• Maintain appropriate accounting policies for the Group to achieve compliance with current standards, consistency and drive management behaviours;P
• Provide support to board regarding Shareholder relations activities;
• Contributing to the design, development and enhancement of financial systems, processes and reports for both new and existing entities in order to achieve best practice;
• Communicate the impact of accounting changes on business operations and make recommendations to ensure compliance;
• Monitor the Group’s foreign exchange exposures and interest rate exposures under the existing Credit Facility and account appropriately for these hedges;
• Involvement and provide support with potential M&A activities;
• Contribute to a robust system of financial controls, complying with all applicable laws and accounting standards;
• Improve and implement an internal control framework, including the possible creation of an internal audit function;
• Act as a point of contact for operational audit requirements;
• Work closely with FD’s of Norwegian and UK execution centres;
• Produce monthly management accounts to agreed timetable at the standard required for the shareholders.
