Strategy & Development Analyst (referentienummer: 3053)

Support the Strategy & Development team in M&A analysis and execution (bolt-on acquisitions, new platforms, disposals), in order to help the business to execute its growth ambitions and to create value. You will report into the Strategy & Development Director.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Market Analysis: Conduct market studies in various markets; regularly consult industry experts;
• Company analysis: Search, analyse and present information of potential acquisition targets;
• M&A projects: Participate in execution of M&A projects, valuate targets, support due diligences and prepare/participate in negotiations, build relationships with (internal) business stakeholders;
• Internal approval: Prepare, develop and support proposals for acquisition including valuation, risk analysis, synergy potential, strategic rationale etc.
• Post integration plans: Develop post integration plans for new acquisitions together with business leaders, support and monitor execution in the first 100 days
• M&A methods/tools: Develop and share business development methodologies/tools, such as valuation models and make them available across the organisation.
