External financial communication
- You drive the external financial communication of the organisation. You prepare the company presentations, financial presentations, press releases and other communication supports.
- You develop and keep up to date the company and financial storyline thanks to your good knowledge of their business, operations and strategy.
- You ensure the compliance with Euronext Growth rule book and the timely, complete and balanced communication with all shareholders and potential investors.
Investor relations
- You develop and maintain a pipeline of potential investors and you engage with the wider investor community internationally.
- You manage the relationship with investment banks.
- You attend investor conferences and investor meetings and you represent the organisation during these events.
Financing
- Discuss and develop with external parties funding and financing options to support the growth plan.
- Prepare financing transactions and act as project leader.
- Research and analyze relevant transactions in seafood and ag-tech areas.
In this role, you work closely with the Finance team, Legal Counsel and external legal advisers and the marketing team. You are also working very closely with all other operational functions of the company, and you remain on top of the operational achievements, developments of our technologies, and progress in their growth plans.
You will report into and work very closely with the CFO and have intense contacts with the CEO and with the Board.

- You have at least five years relevant experience working in an Investor Relations or similar position.
- Strong financial knowledge and experience of capital markets.
- You have extremely strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- You like networking.
- You have a proven affinity for entrepreneurship.
- You are flexible and willing to travel frequently.
- Experience in working within a start-up or scale-up environment is highly beneficial.

Reporting line:
The role reports to the CFO.
The Investor Relations Manager works closely with the CEO and with the Board.
Work location:
The role is based at our head office and plant in Kats, Zeeland (close to Goes and Zierikzee).
