As the Group Business Controller you will have varied tasks, ranging from active communication with international finance community to timely and accurate monthly management reporting to stakeholders
You will define, analyse, interpret and report management information and develop/improve way of working to do so. This includes analysing financial results, continuous improvements to the current way of working, executing ad-hoc information requests and development/tracking KPI's. Additionally, you will develop analytical analysis and dashboards within a global business intelligence tool.
You are involved in the budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning process. Actions include, amongst others, creation and coordination of management reporting, analysis of financial results and discussion of financial plans with management. Next to that you will be involved in the approval process for investment proposals and you will perform reviews of previous investments for actual developments versus those projected.
- De functie-eisen
Our ideal candidate has a WO/Master degree in business or finance and around 5-6 years of experience in a financial or audit role.
All communication will be written in English, therefore fluent proficiency, both verbal and written, in English is a requirement. You should feel comfortable in interacting with the management level and communicating within an international environment. In this role, having a professional and mature attitude is key. As a Business Group Controller you should enjoy relating and networking, not only within the organisation but in the entire group.
