Head Finance & ControlFD (referentienummer: 2875)

In this role three main tasks are important:

1. The further optimization of the financial business processes.
2. The development of the business controlling and BI to support the business decisions.
3. Supporting the CEO and CCO towards the  shareholders.

The focus is on further optimizing the financial management, both internally and to the shareholders. Goal is to move from a more supporting department to a pro-active, steering finance. Based upon solid, relevant and consistent business information, controlling, budgeting & forecasting processes. In addition you will be responsible for procurement, legal affairs and payrolling;

• You will implement processes and routines focused on reliable and efficient implementation of financial accounting (AO / IC);
• Based upon an unbiased view, you will evaluate the current state of our already ongoing optimization of our financial processes, and guarantee compliance of our processes with internal and external audits;
• Responsible to manage our business risks;
• You are responsible for the business reviews on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis to management and shareholders;
• You are responsible for the weekly operational BI;
• You are responsible in supporting the organization to make better choices based on accurate and relevant figures. The reporting schedule and deadlines are determined by the shareholder and must be strictly adhered to and connects seamlessly with our internal accountability;
• Reports in cost center structure to management, implementing transparency and responsibility at the level of the various Heads of Departments for their own budgets enabling you to be in control on our budget;
• Performs a 'sanity check' on tax and VAT payments; responsible for accurate taxation and timely tax filings;
• Monitors the contract database on dependencies, revenue claims and notice periods;
• Monitors and manages the order approval process, which is also used for input towards financial closings;
• Follow the procedure for the capitalization of internally produced software, according to IFRS and the guidelines set up by the shareholder;
• Assesses Business KPI’s and - reports;
• Responsible for the business control framework - and the forecasting process;
• You provide periodic analyses, identify risks and deviations including budget overruns and advise management and the CEO;
• Provide support for the CEO to shareholder.
