- De functie
- Prepare month, quarter and year-end closing;
- Monthly Analysis and reporting of variances and fluctuations including the preparation of reviews for the management;
- Preparation of Annual Report according to Dutch GAAP for Dutch Entities;
- Definition and control of the adjustments IFRS to Dutch GAAP;
- Support Internal and External Audits;
- Monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts and relevant P&L Accounts;
- Responsible for assigned SOX Controls applicable to Accounting Team as Control Executor;
- Support Tax Team with deliverables related to Annual Tax returns;
- Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
- De functie-eisen
- Degree in business/economics, finance or accounting
- Good knowledge of IFRS and preferably Dutch GAAP
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with Financial Statements Preparation and Internal/External Audits;
- Preferrable you are a registered Accountant (RA, CA, ACCA, or CPA);
- Preferably you have good knowledge of SAP and MS Office;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to achieve accurate results in a listed company with short closings;
- Excellent Communication skills;
- Excellent spoken and written command of English. Dutch is a plus.
