Future Finance Director Scale-up (reference number: 3267)

Our relationship is a very rapid scaling up. Partly Private equity, partly DGA. Active in the field of SAAS and online communication platforms.

In this agile environment you supervise the continuous financial development of this rapidly growing organization, from accounting to financial reporting, from cashflow to preferred Revenue.

You pick up improvement projects in addition to your regular tasks. Numerous acquisitions and integrations are taking place. Setting up entities and statutories in the countries our client is founding themselves. Standardisation of all processes. Working towards a fast close (Exact). All entitities must be consolidated. In terms of reporting, they will soon make a step from DUTCHGAAP to IFRS, this transition also needs to be guided. Management expects clear reports and that you can function as a finance business partner for them. Therefor a good business sense is required. The organization is fast growing, therefor you need to be agile and like to continuesly improve the organization. In this role there are currently also lots of handson activities. They organization grow rapidly and they are looking for someone to take leadership.

The finance team currently consists of 5 FTEs. In this role you report directly to the CFO (very experienced, entrepreneurial, corporate)
