FP&A Manager Scale-up (reference number: 3268)

 Our relation is a very rapidly growing scale- up organization with entities world wide. Partly financed by a Private equity, partly a DGA is involved. They are active in the field of SAAS and online communication platforms.

For their office in Rotterdam we are looking for a  FP&A manager an "Entrepreneurial financial with lots of knowledge of BI/Data analytics"

In this agile environment you supervise the continuous financial development of this rapidly growing organization, from M&A, trough data analytics, to planning, budgeting and forecasting, creating value, visualized management reporting. Much still has to be developed.

You lead improvement projects in addition to your regular tasks. Numerous acquisitions and integrations are taking place, developing modelling and business cases. The organization automizes as much as possible. You lead the total digital transformation. There is a lot of data that needs to be unlocked. To make proper predictions on relyiable data sets. You are the global finance business partner for business operations worldwide. Therefor a good business sense is required. The organization is fast growing, therefor you need to be agile and like to continuesly improve the organization. In this role there are currently also lots of handson activities. The organization grows rapidly and they are looking for someone to take leadership.

The finance team currently consists of 5 FTEs. In this role you report directly to the CFO (very experienced, entrepreneurial, corporate)

We are therefore looking for an agile, entrepreneurial, communicative solid financial. You have preferably gained a solid foundation at a SAAS type organization and operated in a highly agile environment. You bring a lot of energy and enthusiasm with you know  and you look beyond your limits. You want to build a great organization and invest a lot in yourself and you dare to take responsibility. You are used to a strong data driven environment (mass market, volume business, subscriber models) Extremely comfortable with using Excel and BI tools.
