Business Master Data Analyst (reference number: 3266)

 Our client is an International chemical organization with a green footprint, with their headoffice in Sao Paulo, Brazil. For their office in Rotterdam we are looking for a Business Master Data Analyst.

You are responsible for manage, organize, categorize and ensure integrity of master data according to Business requirements and strategy of Europe and Asia.

• Creating and maintaining sustainable data accuracy of Customers, Vendors, Materials, Service Numbers, Pricing Conditions, Freights and Fuel Surcharge and Invoicing for the organisation in Europe and Asia
• Complying with applicable SOX and Internal controls;
• Executing regular reports as required, quality controls, statistical crosschecks and sanity checks
• Ensuring good communication with the stakeholders
• Support Audits (internal and external) by providing data as required in a timely manner;
• Configuration, design integrated solution and testing with SAP - MM, FICO, QM, BW
• Functional knowledge on configuration of billing documents and BI reports;
• Proposing integrated solution for SAP interfaces with workflow tools and forms;
• Bring efficiency to processes and reporting across departments by automating reports;
• Support implementation of IT systems, workflows and change management;
• Manage the data in line with the functional domains at global level;
• Working on data governance, data migration and extensively cleansing;
• Translating business requirements into system solutions;

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or Finance;
• Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in Master Data;
• Good knowledge of and experience with SAP (key user), and Microsoft Office are required;
• Preferable knowledge of winshuttle and VBA (Virtual Basic)
• Business fluent in English (writing and speaking), , other languages such as German, Dutch or Portuguese are considered a plus;
• Data analysis skills;
