Introducing law DBA

As of May 1, 2016 disappears the Declaration labor relationship (VAR) for freelancers. Instead, the Law review deregulation of labor relations (DBA).

The coming year is a transition year in which clients, intermediaries and contractors be able to adapt their practices and agreements to the new law and regulations.

Corbulo has, in consultation with an external consultant, in recent months worked hard to bring our standard agreements with both Interim Professionals and clients in accordance with these new regulations. Meanwhile, we finished the agreements and we will inform you personal about the changes this involve.
